Plant something now

Use this garden to reflect on and plant a memory to your mother and a wish for your children.

Write a few words and phrases that describe what qualities you got from your mother and would want to pass onto your children. Then write a few words or phrases about the qualities you didn't like and wish to let go of.

Please think about your present/past relationship to your mother, or the person you relate to as your mother. What were her  strengths and weaknesses of character? What did she give you that you value? What was missing that you now need? What do you want to pass on to your children /future generations
